Add your m3u playlist

Open the app, tap + or Add Playlist → URL. Paste the IPTV URL we sent on WhatsApp. Give it a name like "Free IPTV" and save.

Free IPTV on MAG box (254, 322, 420, 524)

MAG boxes don't need an app. The portal handles everything — you give us the MAC, we provision the box on our side, the channels show up.

Find the MAC address

On your MAG remote: Settings → System Settings → About. The MAC looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Snap a photo.

Send us the MAC on WhatsApp

Reply to our WhatsApp message with that MAC. We add it to the portal on our end — takes 2 minutes.

Set the portal URL

On the MAG: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. Paste the portal URL we send back. Save.

Reboot

Pull power, plug back in. The portal loads, the 10,000+ channels appear, EPG and all.

Free IPTV on Apple TV (4th gen + 4K)

Apple TV runs tvOS, and the App Store has clean IPTV apps. iPlayTV and IPTV Smarters Pro are the popular picks. You install one, paste your m3u playlist URL, done.

Open the App Store on Apple TV

From the home screen open App Store. Search "iPlayTV" or "IPTV Smarters Pro". Install. iPlayTV is a couple of bucks, Smarters is free.

Add the playlist

Free IPTV on Roku

Roku is the stubborn one — no native IPTV app on the channel store. But the screen mirror trick works on every Roku model, and a lot of customers prefer it.

Enable Screen Mirroring on Roku

On your Roku: Settings → System → Screen Mirroring. Set mode to Prompt or Always Allow.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro on your phone

Grab IPTV Smarters Pro on Android or GSE Smart IPTV on iPhone. Paste your IPTV URL from WhatsApp.

Mirror to Roku

On Android: pull down the quick-settings shade, tap Cast, pick your Roku. On iPhone: AirPlay isn't supported on most Rokus, so use a free app like Replica or grab a Firestick instead.

Free IPTV on PC and Mac

Two options: VLC (works everywhere, free), or a dedicated IPTV app like MyIPTV Player on Windows. Both take an m3u playlist URL and play it back.

Install VLC

Grab VLC Media Player from videolan.org. It's free, it's everywhere, and it plays your m3u playlist out of the box.

Open Network Stream

In VLC click Media → Open Network Stream (Windows/Linux) or File → Open Network (Mac). Paste the IPTV URL we sent you on WhatsApp.

Use the playlist view

Hit Ctrl/Cmd + L to open the playlist. The 10,000+ channels show up as a list — double-click any one to start watching.

Troubleshooting — the 4 things that go wrong

Channels buffer or freeze

9 times out of 10 it's Wi-Fi. Run a speed test — you want 25 Mbps down minimum for HD, 50+ for 4K. If your speed's fine, switch the player buffer up (TiviMate: Settings → Playback → Buffer size). Still bad? Message us and we'll move you to a closer server.

EPG (TV guide) is missing or wrong

The EPG loads a few minutes after the channels. If it's still blank after 5 minutes, in TiviMate go to Settings → EPG → Reload. In Smarters: Settings → Update EPG. That fixes 95% of EPG complaints.

Can't log in / "invalid credentials"

Usually a typo. Copy-paste from the WhatsApp message instead of typing on a remote. Watch for 0 vs O and 1 vs l. Still failing? Ping us and we'll regenerate the login on the spot.

Some channels work, some don't

That's almost always a regional block at the source. Tell us which channel — we'll move you onto a different stream feed that carries it. Takes about 5 minutes on our end.
