Terms & Conditions
Here's the agreement between you and Free IPTV. Take a minute to read it before you sign up.
This document ("Terms") sets out the agreement between you and Free IPTV, the operator of freeiptv.cam and the live TV subscription service offered through it. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read what's below and you're on board with it.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Opening an account, kicking off the free trial, or buying any plan means you accept these Terms and the matching Privacy Policy. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
Free IPTV is a paid subscription that streams a hand-picked mix of live channels and on-demand titles to your devices over the internet. The plan options you can choose from include:
- Monthly, quarterly, six-month, and yearly billing cycles.
- Single-screen, two-screen, and multi-screen connection levels.
- A one-time 24-hour free trial — no card required to start it.
The exact lineup of channels and features can shift depending on your region, and we may add, remove, or swap content without telling you first.
3. Your Account
- You'll need to give us a working email address when you sign up.
- Keeping your login details safe is on you — don't write them down where others can find them.
- One subscription covers one household. You can't hand your credentials to friends, family in other homes, or anyone else.
- You have to be 18 or older (or whatever the legal adult age is where you live) to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
The service is for legal, personal viewing. You're agreeing to use it in a way that doesn't break the law or step on anyone else's rights. That means you can:
- Stream programming on your own devices for your own enjoyment.
- Use the number of simultaneous streams that come with the plan you chose, inside your home.
5. Things You Can't Do
Please don't:
- Resell, share, or hand off your account access to anyone outside your household.
- Hit the service with bots, scrapers, or automated scripts of any kind.
- Try to get around geographic limits or security controls we have in place.
- Save, copy, or rip streams to redistribute later.
- Run the service in a bar, gym, hotel, or any commercial setting without a written okay from us.
- Do anything that hammers our servers or causes problems for other subscribers.
Breaking any of these rules gets your account shut down immediately, and you won't get a refund.
6. Payment & Renewals
- Prices are listed in US dollars. Local taxes may be tacked on at checkout depending on where you are.
- We use third-party processors — Stripe, PayPal, and crypto gateways — to handle payments. Your card numbers never touch our servers.
- Subscriptions roll over automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel first.
- You'll get a heads-up email before renewal hits, but it's your job to cancel ahead of time if you don't want to keep going.
7. Cancellation
You can pull the plug on your subscription whenever you want — just message support through WhatsApp or our contact form. Your cancellation kicks in when the current billing period wraps up, and you keep watching until then.
8. Refunds
How refunds work is spelled out in our Refund Policy. Short version: there's a 24-hour money-back window on your very first purchase. After that, renewals can't be refunded.
9. Service Availability
We shoot for 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise the stream will never hiccup. We aren't on the hook for outages caused by:
- Your own internet connection acting up.
- Planned maintenance or emergency fixes on our end.
- Force-majeure events — anything outside reasonable human control.
- Upstream provider problems or content licensing shifts.
10. Intellectual Property
The channels and shows you watch belong to the rights holders who license them — we don't own that content. The Free IPTV name, site design, code, logos, and graphics are ours, and you can't copy them for your own projects.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that every channel will work in every region every minute of the day, or that the service will be free of bugs. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
So far as the law lets us limit it, Free IPTV won't be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. If we ever do owe you something for a claim under these Terms, the total amount won't go past what you've paid for the current billing period.
13. Indemnification
If your actions — like breaking these Terms or misusing the service — cause a third party to come after Free IPTV, you agree to cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees, and keep us out of harm's way.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms run under generally accepted international commercial law. If something goes sideways, we'll try to sort it out in good faith first. If that doesn't work, the dispute gets handed to binding arbitration.
15. Changes to These Terms
We can update this page from time to time — when we do, we'll bump the effective date at the top. If you keep using the service after that, we'll treat it as you accepting the new version.
16. Contact
Got a question about anything you read here? Send it through our contact page and we'll get back to you.
